Our aim is to make your life as easy as possible and keep paperwork and inconvenience to a minimum. For this reason we operate an "out-of-hours" service for all our landlords as standard to reduce inconvenience to both you and your tenant.

Our Aims

It’s a sad fact that we now live in an Americanized blame & claim society and , now more than ever, landlords need to ensure they can prove that all reasonable measure to ensure your tenants safety have been taken.  Most importantly any electrical work or inspection must be correctly certified by a competent person who is properly qualified and skilled.
